About t9999

Our Mission

At t9999, our mission is straightforward: to deliver a world-class online gaming experience that feels genuinely built for Bangladesh. We understand that Bangladeshi players want fast local payments, cricket betting that tracks every BPL and T20 World Cup match, and a platform that works flawlessly on an Android phone with a 4G connection. That is exactly what t9999 is designed to do. From the moment you land on our platform, everything — the interface, the games, the deposit options, the support — is optimised for you.

We are more than just a casino. We are a platform where cricket fans can back the Bangladesh Tigers in a T20 showdown, where slots enthusiasts can spin award-winning titles from Pragmatic Play and other top providers, and where live casino lovers can join real-time tables hosted by professional dealers around the clock. t9999 combines the energy of a Dhaka gaming lounge with the convenience of a smartphone app — available wherever you are, whether you are in Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, or anywhere across Bangladesh.

Our Story

t9999 was founded with one clear observation: Bangladesh has millions of passionate sports fans and gaming enthusiasts, yet the online platforms available to them were either too complicated, used payment methods not available locally, or simply did not cater to the local language and cultural context. We set out to change that. Our founding team brought together deep experience in online gaming technology, payment processing, and the Bangladeshi digital consumer market to build a platform from the ground up that genuinely understands the local player.

Since launching, t9999 has grown into one of Bangladesh's most recognised online gaming brands. We have continuously expanded our game library, added new payment channels preferred by Bangladeshi users — including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — and refined our mobile experience to work smoothly even on entry-level Android devices. Every product decision we make is driven by feedback from our community of players in Dhaka, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and Cox's Bazar. We are proud to serve this community and remain committed to improving every single day.

Who We Serve

t9999 is built for Bangladeshi adults aged 21 and above who want a premium, localised online gaming experience. Whether you are a cricket betting enthusiast tracking every BPL match or a casual slots player looking for entertainment after work, our platform has something for you.

Our Core Values

Everything t9999 does is anchored to four principles that guide every decision we make, every feature we build, and every interaction we have with our players.

• ✅Transparency: We are upfront about our terms, wagering requirements, and withdrawal processes. No hidden fees, no surprise conditions.
• ✅Fairness: Every game on t9999 uses certified RNG technology or live-dealer formats audited for accuracy. Our RTP rates are published and honest.
• ✅Responsibility: We believe gaming should be entertaining, not harmful. We provide self-exclusion tools, deposit limits, and clear responsible gaming guidance.
• ✅Community: t9999 is part of the Bangladesh digital community. We celebrate Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, and the highs and lows of Bangladesh cricket together with our players.

Committed to Responsible Gaming

t9999 takes its responsibility to players seriously. We strongly believe that gaming is a form of entertainment and should never be treated as a source of income or a way to recover financial losses. All players are encouraged to set personal deposit limits and take advantage of our time-out and self-exclusion features whenever needed. Our responsible gaming tools are accessible directly from your account settings at any time.

If you ever feel that gambling is becoming a problem, please reach out to our support team or visit our Responsible Gaming page for guidance and support resources. t9999 is a platform for adults aged 21 and above only.
